Race Prediction: Spanish Grand Prix 2009

Been on hols this past week as well it being my little boy’s first birthday – hence my activities have been more toddler entertainment based than F1 blog writing! Qualifying was pretty disappointing yesterday with Kovalainen not making it to P2 and Hamilton not making it to P3 and as such they line up on grid in 18th and 14th respectively.

Seems that the much anticipated modifications did very little, something confirmed by Hamilton in interviews before and after qualifying. That said, I still have faith in Hamilton’s ability to get points from difficult starting positions, and my race prediction is as follows:

1st – Sebastian Vettel
2nd – Jenson Button
3rd – Felipe Massa

6th – Lewis Hamilton
12th – Heikki Kovalainen

Jenson Button is one lucky dude. Not only a good driver but he’s dating the hot Japanese lingerie model Jessica Michibata. She’s so hawt! Nice exotic looks.
